Powered by cutting-edge DMG 5-axis machining centers, our production quality and efficiency are deeply optimized. Haas and Cincom machining centers are also equipped. We make our workshops clean, organized and eco-friendly.

Testing Platform

From developing stage to final delivery, multiple tests are applied to monitor the entire workflow. Metal fatigue test, oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analysis, optical-emission-spectrum analysis.

3D Printing

To embrace this innovative technique, we have several applications. For implant personalization, 3D printed bone model based on patient’s scanning images is created to assess and verify the effect of the implant.

Our story started from a humble warehouse inside a residence in Zhangjiagang.

Acquired and established Zhangjiagang Fukang Medical Instruments Manufacturing LLC. Later Kangli Orthopaedic Instruments Co.,Ltd. established.

Deploying the first set of Haas Machining Center from USA, and the first set of Citizen CNC Turning Center from Japan.

Expanding and building the Haas Machining Center grid, and Citizen Cincom Turning Center grid.

Hope Primary School Project

With the philanthropic efforts, Kangli’s crews demonstrated their commitment to improving access to education by donating funds and resources to establish the “KangLi Hope Primary School” in Henan Xinyang in 2013 and Sichuan Anyue in 2015, empowering countless children and fostering a brighter future for these communities.

Earthquake Rescue Donation

In 2008, Kangli Group displayed their compassion and support for the victims of the devastating Wenchuan earthquake by donating surgical instruments worth over 1.68 million CNY, aiding in the crucial medical response and recovery efforts in the affected area.
Furthermore, in 2013, following the destructive Ya’an earthquake, Kangli Group once again exemplified their commitment to humanitarian assistance by generously contributing surgical instruments valued at 2.51 million CNY, reinforcing the medical infrastructure and providing much-needed resources to the affected communities during their time of recovery.
