Foot & Ankle Surgical System Solutions

There are numerous surgical procedures that can be used to treat foot and ankle conditions. Depending on the type of condition, the goal of the surgery may be to align broken bones, fuse painful joints, remove overgrown tissue or repair a torn ligament or tendon.  Now our product research team have sorted all applicable implants and accessories can be used in these treatments.

About The System

The Foot & Ankle System consists of the following sub-categories:

  • JY/WX Calcaneus Locking Compression Plates (LCPs)
  • JY/WX Tibia Fibula LCPs
  • WX 2.7mm Forefoot Midfoot Locking Fusion Plates
  • WX 2.5mm Micro Locking Plates
  • Cannulated Screws, Self-tapping/Headless/Countersink
  • Kirschner Wires

Tibia & Fibula

Indications

  • Fixation of osteotomies, fractures, nonunions, malunions, and replantations of bones and bone fragments of the diaphyseal and metaphyseal regions of the distal tibia.
  • Fixation of osteotomies, fractures, nonunions, malunions, and replantations of bones and bone fragments of the diaphyseal and metaphyseal regions of the distal fibula.
  • To buttress partial articular fractures and bone fragments of the distal tibia.

Features & Advantages

Low profile design makes the plates capable of simple or complex fracture procedures that involve minimal tissue coverage.

The plates are bent and twisted to specifically fit the anatomic profile of the distal tibia or fibula.

Combination holes provide the flexibility of axial compression and locking capability.

Titanium alloy or commercial pure titanium material performs better biocompatibility.

Variable angle/fixed angle screw options.

Forefoot/Midfoot/Calcaneus

Indications

  • Fixation of osteotomies, fusions, fractures, nonunions, malunions and replantations of small bones and small bone fragments including the foot and ankle, and particularly in osteopenic bone.
  • Complex fractures with multiple fixation points targeting key areas of hard cortical bone in the calcaneus.

Features & Advantages

Tactile compression designed within the plate to help minimize additional soft tissue dissection.

Threads in the variable angle locking hole provide points of threaded locking between plate and variable angle locking screw.

Low-profile, contoured plates. Reduce the likelihood of soft tissue irritation.

Cannulated Screws & Kirschner Wires

Features & Advantages

Provide convenience and flexibility for the surgeon and OR staff.
