2019 Kangli Medical (East China) New Product Promotion Conference

The 2019 Kangli Medical (East China) New Product Promotion Conference gave attending guests a direct look at Kangli Orthopaedics as an orthopaedic implant manufacturer through a production-site visit, a 3D printing innovation-centre visit, live presentations and product-exchange sessions. Held on August 30th to 31st, 2019, at the Kangli Base, it helped guests understand Kangli’s products and consider business collaboration.

What does an orthopaedic implant manufacturer offer?

Kangli Orthopaedics manufactures orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments and offers OEM, ODM and OBM services. Its product families include spine fixation, trauma, craniomaxillofacial (CMF) fixation, foot and ankle, sternum and rib systems, and screws and accessories.

Modern production site visit

Guests then visited the modern production site, where participants gathered inside the facility during the tour.

During the production-site visit, participants examined industrial equipment. Kangli Orthopaedics’ manufacturing includes CNC machining with DMG 5-axis centres, Citizen Cincom Swiss-type automatic lathes, a DMG CTX beta 1250 TC turn-mill centre and Haas machining centres, along with an on-site vacuum heat-treatment furnace for stress relief and annealing.

Medical-Engineering Integration 3D Printing Innovation Center

The programme also included a visit to the Medical-Engineering Integration 3D Printing Innovation Center, where participants gathered inside the facility as part of the tour.

Live conference presentations

Product exchange sessions
