Made from pure titanium, the plate features an asymmetrical lobe-and-bridge configuration that follows the changing contours of the hindfoot rather than a uniform straight profile. Recessed openings accommodate compatible locking screws, with the range including Calcaneus Locking Plate I and Calcaneus Locking Plate II, Short Tail. It is supplied in left and right forms.
