Kangli Orthopaedics manufactures this pure titanium medial locking plate for orthopedic fixation along the distal humerus. Its design combines a broad, irregular distal end with a stepped transition to a slender shaft, a compact group of circular openings, and a longitudinal row of openings for medial distal humeral applications. It is supplied in left and right forms.
Medial Distal Humeral Plate Design
The widened medial end follows the distal humeral region, while the plate gradually narrows through the transition and along the shaft. Several circular openings are concentrated in the broad distal section, with additional openings extending in a more linear arrangement toward the shaft.
Distal Fragment Hole Pattern
A compact cluster of circular openings is positioned around the widened distal section. This concentrated layout provides defined screw positions near the distal humeral fragments while keeping the shaft openings arranged along the plate's longitudinal axis.
Longitudinal Positioning Slot
A horizontally elongated slot is located between the broad distal end and the shaft openings. Its lengthwise adjustment path allows plate positioning along the transition before the slot screw is fully tightened.
Contoured Shaft Layout
Rounded scallops separate the shaft openings and create a narrow connection between adjacent fixation areas. The resulting layout maintains an ordered row of openings as the plate extends from the medial distal humerus into the shaft.
