Kangli Orthopaedics manufactures this pure titanium plate for anterolateral fixation of the distal tibia. Its broad, upward-curved head positions fixation apertures around the distal end, while the gently contoured shaft follows the longitudinal profile toward the tibial shaft. Locking apertures, a thin rounded body, and dedicated left- and right-sided configurations characterize this plate for ankle and distal tibial fracture fixation.

Distal Tibia Coverage With a Broad Anterolateral Head
The short head widens and angles upward from the shaft, with apertures distributed across the distal section. This layout places screw entry points around the end of the tibia while the narrower shaft extends proximally beyond the first fixation position.
Locking Apertures From the Head Into the Shaft
Near the head, the shaft incorporates circular and oval apertures. Farther along its length, elongated and paired-lobed locking openings provide additional screw positions. The different aperture shapes create a continuous fixation pattern from the distal head toward the tibial shaft.
Thin Rounded Profile With Smooth Transitions
The plate features a thin body, rounded ends, softened outer edges, and recessed aperture walls. These machined details create gradual transitions around the plate perimeter and maintain a continuous contour as the shaft tapers toward its tip.
Left- and Right-Sided Configurations With Multiple Lengths
Left and right versions are shaped for the corresponding side of the distal tibia. Multiple shaft lengths are available for fixation paths that remain closer to the distal head or extend farther along the tibia.
Distal Tibial and Ankle Fracture Fixation Applications
- Anterolateral distal tibial fracture fixation
- Ankle fracture plate fixation
- Distal tibia fixation with locking screws
- Fixation extending from the distal tibia into the adjoining shaft
This plate may be selected alongside the Distal Tibial Lateral (Reconstruction) Locking Plate when the required fixation path or contour differs around the distal tibia.
