Made from pure titanium, the plate features a shallow curved bridge, paired fixation openings at its rounded ends, and underside projections that define its anti-backout contact design. The geometry positions the plate across the laminoplasty site while keeping the fixation points accessible at both ends.

Underside Contact Features for Plate Positioning

The underside includes a broad crescent-shaped projection and a smaller pointed projection near the opposite transition. These features create defined contact points against the edge of the laminoplasty site as the plate is positioned and fixed.

T-Shaped Geometry for Cervical Laminoplasty

The plate expands at its terminal sections and narrows through the central bridge to form a T-shaped layout. The bridge connects the two fixation zones, while the wider ends provide designated areas for screw placement on either side of the opening.
