Overview

Kangli Orthopaedics manufactures this pure titanium locking plate for fixation along the radial and ulnar shafts. Its narrow, straight central body features gently rounded shoulders, tapered ends, paired-lobed openings, and circular terminal holes. The focused shaft profile is intended for forearm applications away from the joint.

Straight Profile for Forearm Shaft Alignment

The plate has a narrow, linear central section with smooth transitions into rounded shoulders and tapered ends. This consistent longitudinal profile can be positioned along the selected radius or ulna without a broad extension around the joint.

Paired-Lobed Openings Along the Plate

The main openings consist of two rounded cavities connected by a narrower waist. Beveled or raised rims surround the apertures, creating repeated locking fixation locations along the central body while maintaining a continuous plate structure.

Circular Holes at the Tapered Ends

A compact circular hole sits near each tapered end, outside the main row of paired-lobed openings. These separate terminal positions complete the plate’s fixation layout at both ends.

Applications for Radius and Ulna Shaft Fixation

  • Radius shaft plate positioning
  • Ulna shaft plate placement
  • Forearm locking plate use along a straight bone segment
  • Locking hardware placement through paired-lobed openings

Within the forearm implant range, this shaft plate differs from the Distal Radial Locking Plate (with Drill Guide), which is intended for a different radius-focused region.
