Spinal fixation systems for cervical and posterior constructs

Cervical hardware covers a pure titanium anterior plate with a windowed body and hexagonal drive recesses, T-shaped and single- or double-bend laminoplasty plates, and a titanium alloy posterior screw-rod system whose paired curved rods, crosslinks, laminar hooks and occipital components extend a construct toward the occiput. Lower down the spine, posterior fixation is built on titanium alloy polyaxial screws: low-profile short-tail and break-off heads, a minimally invasive head-and-shaft profile, and a cement-augmented shaft with side apertures.

Spine fusion implants for the interbody space

Cages are listed in PEEK and titanium alloy at both cervical and thoracolumbar levels, alongside a curved PEEK cage whose zero-notch anterior profile stays within the implant outline, and a pure titanium cylindrical lattice supplied with its own cover component. Serrated faces, central through-openings and stepped or chamfered edges separate one format from another.

What materials are the implants made from?

Three run through the range. Yes. Kangli Orthopaedics has manufactured orthopaedic implants and instruments since 2002 and works on OEM, ODM and OBM terms. Machining is done in-house on DMG five-axis centres, Citizen Cincom Swiss-type lathes and a DMG turn-mill centre, with a vacuum heat-treatment furnace on site for stress relief and annealing. R&D work includes 3D printing, personalised implants and titanium mesh built from CT, MRI or DSA data.

Are these sold as complete sets or as individual components?

Components are specified individually. Every product in these sub-catalogs carries its own size axes and material options, and the posterior rod system names each connector, hook, block and crosslink as a separate part. A distributor can therefore assemble a stocking list around the sizes a territory actually turns over, rather than taking a fixed tray layout.
