Four plate shapes for the hand
The Micro T Locking Plate spreads its holes across the end of a bone; the Micro Condylar Locking Plate takes a compact form for condylar regions; the Micro L Locking Plate changes direction near the plate end; and the Micro Straight Locking Plate keeps a direct linear run. T, condylar and L layouts are each catalogued in a Small version as well, which puts the same geometry on a reduced footprint.
Micro locking screws and the hole interface
Every opening is a locking hole rather than a clearance hole. A compatible micro locking screw seats its head within the plate, establishing the same screw-to-plate connection at each selected position instead of drawing the plate down onto bone. Between the rounded hole sections the body stays narrow, following a longitudinal fixation path along the hand bone.
Hole counts and sided forms
Six hole counts are catalogued: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11. The 5-, 6-, 7- and 8-hole plates are additionally marked left and right, so a configuration can be matched to the hand involved without adapting a contralateral shape.
